NEW ORLEANS – Both the men's and women's cross country teams have maintained their places in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III Mideast region polls, it was announced Tuesday.

For the second week in a row, the women's team has been ranked sixth while the men's squad is eighth.

Both teams rested their top runners this past week, when the Bullets ran at the Battle for the Buggy, hosted by Elizabethtown College and Millersville University in Lancaster. The women's team placed fourth out of 12 teams while the men's squad was ninth among 17 schools.

Gettysburg hosts the Centennial Conference Championships on Saturday, with races beginning at 11 a.m.
