NFHCA All-Academic Team

GETTYSBURG, Pa. – The Gettysburg College field hockey team received the Gladiator by SGI/National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division III National Academic Team Award, presented to programs that achieve a team grade-point average of 3.0 or higher, it was recently announced.

The Bullets, who also had three players named to the Centennial Academic Honor Roll this fall, closed out the season with a record of 14-5, including an 8-2 mark in the Centennial Conference. Gettysburg, which finished with a No. 17 national ranking, posted its highest victory total and highest final ranking since 2005. The Bullets placed second in the final conference standings.
