ATLANTA – Junior
Caitlin Moser (Wyomissing, Pa./Wyomissing) was named a finalist for the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA)/State Farm NCAA Division III All-America Team. Moser is one of 40 student-athletes from around the nation that will vie for a spot on the 10-member State Farm Coaches' All-America Team.
Moser is in the midst of another outstanding campaign for Gettysburg, leading the team to the best record in school history (24-4) and the program's first “Sweet 16” appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament. A first-team All-Centennial Conference selection this winter, she is on pace to lead the Bullets in scoring (14.9 ppg) and rebounding (7.6 rpg) for the third consecutive year. Five players from each of eight regions were named finalists for the 2010 State Farm Coaches' All-America Team. The WBCA member coaches will now vote for the finalists with the announcement of the All-America Team taking place at the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championship Banquet on Thursday, March 18, at The Chateau Hotel in Bloomington, Ill.
