Rowan has won its last six contests heading into the postseason. Rowan's last appearance in the national playoffs came in 2011. The Profs gave fifth-ranked Salisbury a stiff test before falling 10-6. Sophomore Becca Wood leads Rowan with 80 goals, 87 points, and 22 caused turnovers. She was named All-Boardwalk Region First Team and All-NJAC First Team. NCAA Experience: Nearly every single Bullet outside of the freshmen class has appeared in an NCAA playoff game. The senior class has 11 postseason contests under its belt and has helped Gettysburg log a 9-2 record over the last three seasons. After leading the team to the national semis in 2010, the current seniors and juniors helped Gettysburg claim its first NCAA title in 2011. The Bullets took down Adrian (25-10), Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (18-11), Salisbury (14-11), Cortland (13-11), and Bowdoin (16-5).

Coaching Elite: After becoming just the seventh collegiate women's lacrosse coach to win 300 games last spring, Gettysburg coach
Carol Cantele '83 picked up her 300th win at Gettysburg with a 16-9 win over Washington on April 20. Cantele ranks sixth in NCAA history (all divisions) with 328 coaching victories. She has led the Bullets to 18 consecutive winning seasons. Since 2000, Gettysburg has posted a record of 244-46 (.841).

Field General: Senior
Lindsey Robinson does more work than most attackers behind the cage. The All-American directs the offense and keepts it running at a high level. This spring, Robinson has set a personal mark with 54 assists which puts her third in school history for a single season. She has also climbed to second in career assists (141) and is tied for third in career points (278).
On the Mark: Junior
Kelsey Markiewicz has scored at least one point in each of her last 54 games. After suffering a season-ending injury 13 games into her sophomore campaign, Markiewicz has bounced back with a career-high 59 points this spring. Her 22 assists this season are double her previous personal high.
Rising Up: No Bullet thrives in big games more than junior
Loren Pruitt. In eight games against top-20 foes, Pruitt has tossed in a team-high 24 goals. She has scored at least two goals in each game, including five in a win over No. 6 Franklin & Marshall. The junior attacker leads the team with 49 scores and has knocked down 61.3 percent of her shot attempts.
Fleet of Foot: Senior
Hayward Sawers is a primary outlet from the defensive end of the field and for good reason. Sawers is arguably one of the fastest players in the conference and possibly the nation and has helped Gettysburg post an 86.8 clear percentage this spring - the program's best over the last 12 years. Since transferring from the University of Florida following her freshman season, Sawers has led the Bullets in ground balls (126) and caused turnovers (62). She was also one of the top players on the Bullets field hockey squad and produced 47 points in 45 career games.
