LANCASTER, Pa. – The Centennial Conference released its 2009 All-Conference Baseball Team Wednesday evening, and junior catcher Craig Barrows of Gettysburg College earned a spot on the second team. In his first year as the team’s starting backstop, Barrows enjoyed a solid season at the plate, leading the Bullets with his .370 batting average.

GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Junior Kevin Langhauser went 5-for-5 to tie the school record for hits in a game as the Gettysburg College baseball team closed out its 2009 season with a 13-4 non-conference victory over Juniata College Wednesday afternoon at Kirchhoff Field. The Bullets finished the season with a 17-21 record.

GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Ursinus College pounded out 35 hits and the Bears clinched the top seed in the Centennial Conference Championship Tournament with a sweep over Gettysburg Saturday afternoon at Kirchhoff Field in the CC regular season finale for both teams. Ursinus won the opener 10-5 in nine innings before blanking the Bullets 10-0 in the nightcap.

STEVENSON, Md. - The Gettysburg College baseball team's non-conference game scheduled for Wednesday evening at Stevenson University has been cancelled due to recent inclement weather. It will not be rescheduled. Gettysburg (14-19, 7-9 CC) concludes its Centennial Conference schedule on Saturday, when it hosts Ursinus College in a doubleheader starting at 12:30 p.m.
