Curran, Keegan Land Spots on All-CC Tennis Team

Curran earns third-straight all-conference nod

Terry Keegan closed his tennis career ranked sixth in doubles wins at Gettysburg.

LANCASTER, Pa.
– Junior Chris Curran and senior Terry Keegan each landed spots on the All-Centennial Conference Men's Tennis Team released on Thursday, May 3.
 
Curran earned his third-straight all-conference award as an honorable mention pick in both singles and doubles. The junior, who was second-team All-CC in each of the last two seasons, recorded a 5-9 record as Gettysburg's No. 1 singles player. Curran capped the year with back-to-back straight-set victories in singles action against Goucher College and McDaniel College.
 
In his first three seasons at Gettysburg, Curran has posted a 27-25 record against some of the top competition from around the region. He also ranks top 10 in program history with 32 doubles wins.
 
Curran and Keegan teamed up to take honorable mention accolades in doubles. The pair went 6-4 this season at the top flight, including a 4-4 record against conference competition. Curran and Keegan won three of their final four matches of the year in doubles play, including an 8-4 victory against the top tandem from regionally-ranked Washington College. Keegan closed his career tied for seventh in school history with 33 doubles wins.
 
Gettysburg finished with an 8-8 overall record this year. The squad placed seventh in the Centennial Conference with a 3-6 mark.
