The first-year logged a 3-1 singles record and 2-2 doubles mark during the team's week-long trip to Hilton Head, S.C. He won each of his first two singles matches in three sets at the second flight against Baldwin-Wallace College and Wheaton College before suffering his first loss in three sets against Messiah College. Musser closed the week with a straight-set win against Lake Forest College.
